Production Outsourcing

Manual outsourcing of production line

The Contractor shall outsource the comprehensive labor cost according to the production plan and capacity load of the Employer, while the Employer shall still be responsible for production quality, production schedule and daily production management. The Contractor only manages personnel recruitment, labor contract, labor discipline, salary and welfare, etc. This mode is especially suitable for the early implementation stage of production outsourcing, which is conducive to the Employer's overall control of labor costs, and lays a solid foundation for a smooth transition to the production line or overall process outsourcing.

Operational outsourcing of production line

The Employer shall, according to the needs of production, operation and management, contract out the production tasks of non core business production workshops or part of production lines to the Contractor to complete. Both parties sign an outsourcing service contract. The Employer provides production equipment, raw materials and operation standards. The Contractor is responsible for staffing and production organization, and completes the production tasks assigned by the Employer on time according to the Employer's production schedule and quality standards. The Contractor shall not only control the labor quantity, labor time, labor protection appliances, but also control the production progress, quality, packaging material loss, safety, environment and other production KPI indicators of the products, and directly participate in the Employer's comprehensive production site management activities on human, machine, material, law and environment.
