Job responsibilities:
1. Establish and implement human resources policies and action plans within the framework of the company's human resources strategy, policies and guidelines to support the company to achieve the expected business objectives;
2. Organize the drafting, modification and improvement of human resources related management systems and work processes;
3. Be responsible for the daily management of human resources such as recruitment, training, salary, assessment and employee relations;
4. Organize the preparation of job descriptions of each department;
5. Regularly analyze the human resources data and submit the company's human resources analysis report;
6. Assist in the formulation and implementation of the Company's salary system and incentive system according to the development of the industry and the Company;
7. Assist in supervising and controlling the performance evaluation process of each department and constantly improve the performance management system;
8. Assist in promoting the formation of the company's philosophy and corporate culture;
9. Assist in formulating the company's overall strategic plan for human resources;
10. Be responsible for the daily affairs management of the department, assist in completing the work assessment, incentive, budget and control of department funds, and other work arranged by the company.

Qualification:
1. Female, over 1.55m tall, 28-35 years old, full-time bachelor degree, major in human resources or related management, and above CET-4. Strong communication and expression, rich experience in motivation, communication and coordination, and team leadership.
2. Have more than 5 years of overall working experience in human resources in enterprises with more than 500 employees, have a deep understanding of each functional module of human resources management, and can guide subordinates to complete the work of each functional module;
3. Work earnestly and responsibly, with strong principles, be able to independently implement various systems, put work first, put team interests above personal interests, and develop together with the company.
4. Be sensitive to numbers, and be able to use EXCEL functions skillfully to perform statistical analysis on salary, social security and other personnel data. Those with experience in salary and social security review in factories with more than 500 employees or large human resources companies are preferred.
5. Be familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws, regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance and welfare benefits, training, etc;
